Update: After a few emails, they fixed it! I had to log out and in again after the most recent update. I love the chat options! I can add my info to my profile, but it won't load my actual trip. It keeps saying "loading your experience" under the tours tab. I let it load for 5 mins and nothing. Notifications say I have none. I tried deleting and downloading it again. Cleared cashed data. This app isn't functional. I have 2 weeks left before my trip. If they fix it, then I'll update my review.

Pretty good, but needs work. The app sends you notifications that say "we've updated the app", but what the notifications really mean is someone posted in the group chat for your trip. They really should say something about chat posts and not updates. Also, I've experienced the app freezing and crashing when writing a long chat message. Idk if it's because I'm close to hitting a character limit, but if there is one, it should be shown and updated, instead of freezing and crashing the app
